Packaging - Cards & Signs
CARDS will be packed with additional recycled cardboard for added firmness and then shipped in a protective envelope or bubble wrap mailer.
SIGNS will be packed with every effort to ensure the item arrives in one piece. If an element of the piece does become dislodged in transit, and because most pieces are 'rustic' in nature, it may be simple enough to reattach at your end vs. shipping it back. Let me know if this occurs. Happy to help get it right.
Custom Work - Photography
Many of my photos here may be purchased in different formats. Custom orders are generally paid in advance and, once your approvals are provided, are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you are looking for a custom "Little People" or "Brick LIfe" arrangement, let me know at IronGiantBC (at) gmail.com and we'll see what we can do. I can do larger bulk orders, subject to production and timing. My Instagram feed at @IronGiantBC may have other images which can be purchased.

Shipping Costs - Large Orders
I try to make your shipment as safe and economical for you as possible. Some larger items and aggregate orders may require additional packaging and handling so I don't refund if shipping is less, nor do I ask for more if over; it is a set rate.
Signs - Hanging Hardware Not Included
I typically do NOT include hanging hardware on my signs unless noted on the item. Many folks have personal preferences on this addition (strength, material, type, leaning display vs. hanging) and, in some cases, it can complicate packaging and shipping. If you NEED this hardware included, just let me know in advance, prior to shipping.
